Guidelines

• Available Monday to Thursday - 7:30am until 9:30pm; Fridays - 7:30am until 5:30pm.
• Rooms can be booked for a maximum of 2 hours.
• Rooms are available to book each day starting at 10:00pm the evening prior.
• If you are the last booking of the day, you are expected to vacate the room when the room locks down (9:30pm - Monday to Thursday, or 5:30pm - Fridays) in order for Custodial Services to clean these rooms (wipe down and vacuum).  No Exceptions!
• Rooms are for current University of Guelph students only. They are not available to faculty, alumni, sessionals, teaching assistants or community borrower.
• You will receive an email confirming your booking.
• No food allowed in the study rooms (drinks ok).
• The University is moving to a centralized recycling and waste collection model as another step in advancing campus sustainability and enhancing waste diversion.  This also helps to reduce our reliance on single-use plastics.  With this said, there a no longer waste baskets in the study rooms. It is your responsibility to remove all garbage and dispose of it in the waste collection station by the West Entrance (the doors leading toward the parking lot).
• Before attending campus please complete the University of Guelph Covid-19 Screening Form and follow the screening form's guidance and do not come to campus if you are directed to stay home.
